Kudzai Chinowaita

Risk Specialist

Bachelor of commerce Honours Degree in Risk Management and Insurance

Kudzai Chinowaita is a proud First Class holder of Bachelor of commerce Honours Degree in Risk management and insurance with the National University is Science and Technology. He is also studying his Masters Degree in Risk management and Insurance. He is a well renowned Risk specialist with a robust experience in the implementation of customized risk solutions. Kudzai’s experience span from the implementation of Enterprise Wide risk management in both private and public sectors.


Kudzai Chinowaita worked as a risk officer at a Multimillion dollar project at Kariba South Extension Hydro Power Station. He is also experienced in carrying out Risk surveys and hazard identification in both underground and Open Cast Mines. Kudzai Chinowaita is an all- rounder in the risk management arena with a robust experience in the development and implementation of enterprise wide risk management framework in both financial services sector, mining, manufacturing and public organizations.


His experience with risk consultants in the development and implementation of enterprise wide risk management strategy will bring the much needed ingredient in building robust risk management culture for our clients. A more holistic and comprehensive approach to risk will help top management establish the control and discipline to drive continuous improvement of an entity’s risk management capabilities in a changing operating environment.

Crispen Phiri

Dr. Crispen Phiri

Ecologist

PhD Zoology, MSc Tropical Resource Ecology and BSc Hons in Biological Sciences

Crispen Phiri received his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Zoology from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, Master of Science degree in Tropical Resource Ecology and Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Biological from the University of Zimbabwe. He has worked in the environment, research and academic sectors in Zimbabwe for more than 15 years.


His work has involved interactions with government departments and local communities, especially in the fields of environment and biodiversity conservation. He has experience in developing natural and social sciences research programmes, data collection, analysis and interpretation, as well as in technical and scientific reporting and presentation of results.


Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT) in the School of Wildlife, Ecology and Conservation. He also worked at Bindura University of Science Education as a senior lecturer (2012 – 2015), University of Zimbabwe Lake Kariba Research Station as a research fellow (2002 – 2015), and Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority as an aquatic ecologist and officer in charge of Lake Chivero Fisheries Research Station (1999 – 2002).

S. Mudyazhezha

Ecologist

MSc in Tropical Resource Ecology and BSc Honours in Applied Environmental Science

Mr Mudyazhezha is a holder of MSc in Tropical Resource Ecology (University of Zimbabwe) and BSc Honours in Applied Environmental Science (University of Zimbabwe). Currently he is teaching Ecology and Environmental Monitoring courses at University of Zimbabwe, department of Soil Science and Agriculture Engineering.


He has over a decade of research driven teaching experience of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He has researched and published his research findings on ecological monitoring, water quality and pollution monitoring in peer reviewed journal. He has also supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students’ research projects. Mr Mudyazhezha is very passionate about ecological issues and how pollutants and human activities affect ecosystem.
